Returns and Refunds
We want your shopping experience with Senavera to be a positive one. If for any reason you change your mind about your order, our returns and refunds policy is designed to be quick and easy.
Our Return Policy:
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return .
- Items must be returned in perfect condition , exactly as you received them:
- They must not show any signs of use .
- They must be in their original packaging , intact and undamaged.
- Original labels must be intact and not removed.
How to Start Your Return Request:
- Please send us an email at returns@senavera.it clearly stating your order number and the list of items you wish to return .
- Once our team has accepted your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with all the detailed shipping instructions .
Return Shipping Costs:
We inform you that the return shipping costs are at your expense. For greater security, we recommend that you use a traceable and insured shipping method, as Senavera does not assume responsibility for any returns that are lost or do not meet the conditions indicated.
Refund Times:
After receiving your return and verifying the integrity of the items, we will proceed with the refund within the terms established by law (generally within 30 days).
Size or Product Change: The Quick Solution:
The quickest way to exchange a size or item is to start a simple return procedure for the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct size or product. If you have any questions, our customer service is at your disposal at shop@senavera.it .
Damaged or Incorrect Items: What to Do:
- Damaged Package: Upon delivery, if you notice any damage to the package , please refuse delivery , clearly reporting the problem on the courier's delivery note. Take photos as evidence and contact us immediately at orders@senavera.it .
- Wrong Item: If you have received an item that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@senavera.it with your order number and the incorrect item . We will provide you with instructions for replacement or return.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Protection):
Your satisfaction is our priority. As a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes other than professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of delivery , receiving a full refund of the price of the returned products or their replacement. This right does not apply to retailers or companies.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:
- Contact us by email at returns@senavera.it indicating the order number and the items you intend to return exercising the right of withdrawal.
- After receiving our confirmation of acceptance of the withdrawal, we will send you detailed instructions for shipping the return.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
Even if you exercise your right of withdrawal , you will be responsible for the return shipping costs . We recommend that you choose a traceable and secure shipping method, as Senavera is not responsible for the failure to receive the return.
Refund Policy:
The refund will be processed exclusively via the same payment method used for the purchase :
- If you paid with PayPal , the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account.
- If you paid by credit card , the amount will be credited back to the card used.
Refunds cannot be made to cards or accounts other than those used for the original order. We will proceed with the refund of the cost of the goods only after receiving the returned products and verifying that they meet our return conditions . Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable , as are the return shipping costs .
