Orders and Shipping
How does shipping of your purchases work?
We want to make receiving your orders as easy and fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know:
Payment:
- We ship your products as soon as we receive full payment for your order and shipping costs.
Delivery Times:
- Italy (excluding islands and remote areas): We generally deliver in 4-7 working days for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1.30 pm. Please note that working days are from Monday to Friday.
- Southern Italy and Islands: For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily, delivery may take 1 or 2 additional working days .
Delivery Details:
- Deliveries are made during office hours (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
- The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts . After the third attempt, the order will be put into storage.
- Our order processing system is automatic, so we cannot change shipping and delivery times .
Couriers:
- We rely on reliable couriers such as Bartolini, UPS, GSL and FEDEX for our shipments.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for Italy are {x}, while for Europe they are {y}.
Depending on the order total, there may be shipping discounts.
Any discounts available and the exact amount for shipping costs can be verified during the order process at checkout.
Updates on Your Order:
- We will keep you updated throughout the process!
- As soon as you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary.
- When your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you another email with the tracking code and the link to follow the status of your shipment and the expected delivery date.
Verify Your Data:
- It is essential that the shipping information you enter is complete and correct . Please check your order confirmation email carefully and, if there are any errors, contact us immediately at orders@senavera.it. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Liability for Delays:
- We do our best to meet delivery times, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier .
What to do upon delivery:
When you receive your package, please check carefully:
- Integrity of the package: Verify that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or tampered with (even in the closure). If you notice something abnormal, immediately report it to the courier and write " Withdrawn subject to inspection " when signing. Otherwise, the package will be considered delivered correctly.

Correspondence of products: Make sure that the products received correspond to what is indicated in the transport document and/or invoice (both in number and type). Any discrepancies must be reported to the courier by adding the wording " Withdrawn with reservation of control ". In the absence of this reservation, the contents of the package will be considered free from defects or faults.
